Art Proofing & Acceptance
TKO Graphix will provide a layout proof to the client for approval prior to printing. It is the responsibility of the client to ensure accuracy of all artwork, copy, spelling, make and model of vehicles, window locations, and measurements before signing off on a proof. If alterations are required then an amended proof will be provided to the client. A client’s signature on a final proof is required before the project will be printed.
Errors & Omissions
Once a proof has been accepted and signed by the client, TKO Graphix does not accept responsibility for any errors or omissions in relation to the proof or artwork.
Cancellations and Alterations to Existing Orders
Once an order is approved, TKO Graphix cannot guarantee our ability to make changes or cancellations to an order. TKO Graphix will make every effort to comply with a client’s cancellation request. If a client has already signed and approved an order, the client is liable to pay the agreed upon price for any work that may have been completed up to the time that we are able to cancel the order.
Website Pricing
Pricing subject to change without notice. If a published website price is incorrect on an item a client has ordered, we will contact the client immediately with the most updated pricing information.
Net 30 Terms
If a client is granted payment terms, the client agrees to pay the invoice amount within 30 days of receiving the invoice.
Sales Tax Policy
TKO Graphix is required to collect sales tax on purchases shipped to Indiana & California. Sales tax will be calculated based on the printing and finishing product subtotal.
If a company is tax-exempt, all appropriate tax-exempt forms must be provided (see list below). Without these required forms sales tax will be charged. TKO Graphix reserves the right to correct sales tax rates and/or collect the sales tax assessed by additional states as required by law, without notice:
- INDIANA: If you are tax exempt in the state of Indiana, we must receive your state issued ST-105 form.
- CALIFORNIA RESELLERS: The state of California requires all residents claiming resale tax exemption to fill out the California Resale Certificate (BOE-230).
Please complete the BOE-230 form and send in along with a copy of your Seller’s Permit.
Just sending your Seller’s Permit certificate issued by the state will NOT exempt you from sales tax.
Claims, Adjustments and Returns
Upon receiving an order from TKO Graphix, open and inspect the merchandise immediately. If there is a discrepancy between the contents of the package and the items listed on the packing slip, the client must notify their sales representative or project coordinator within 48 hours of delivery. Please have the order number available. All personalized product orders are final and may not be exchanged or refunded, unless there are extenuating circumstances. If your product arrives damaged, defective or flawed, you may return it within 30 days of delivery. If a refund is requested within the 30-day time frame, we will either refund your account for the purchase price or replace the item in our sole discretion. WE DO NOT ACCEPT UNAUTHORIZED RETURNS. Please notify a TKO Graphix sales representative or project coordinator about returns.
Shipping Charges on Returns
The client is responsible for all return shipping charges unless the wrong product was received. If a wrong product was received TKO Graphix will incur any additional shipping charges.
Shipping Charges
We make every effort to accurately estimate shipping charges. Due the size and weight, additional shipping charges may apply to certain items. A client always has the option to provide us with a shipping account number (a small handling charge may apply).
Shipping Delays
TKO Graphix will not be accountable for delays in delivery occasioned by acts of God or other circumstances over which we have no direct control.
